Refund Eligibility

30-Day Unused Purchase:

  • We offer a 30-day money back for any unused test token that has been purchased by you within the first 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical issues or difficulties accessing the psychometric test platform, please contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem and it impacts your ability to take the test, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Contact Support:

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at enquiry@5r.com.my or 03-78830030 within the eligible refund period.

Provide Information:

  • When contacting support, please provide your receipt number, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant details about your experience.

Verification:

  • Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility for a refund.

Refund Decision:

  • After verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Test Completion:

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed psychometric tests. Once a test is completed, it is considered a fulfilled service.

Access Period Exceeded:

  • If the test access period has expired, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure to take the test within the specified timeframe.
